    great breakfast buffet, where no wishes are left unfulfilled, also for health-conscious, vegan nutrition - very well organized, considering how many people are passed through in a short time . Very friendly staff. From the upper floors you have a wonderful view of the sea. Arrecife is a nice town, not exactly picturesque.

    the pool area and the sun beds are ok, made the best of the space, but not appropriate for a 5 star hotel

    It is a very well managed accommodation, comfortable, very good breakfast and evening buffet. Very friendly staff. Good entertainment.

    For smokers a small lounge would be nice, so that one does not have to stand in front of the hotel entrance.

    The beachfront location made our stay very enjoyable, but

    We did experience some issues with the noise from nearby bars at night. The access to the beach was fantastic, and we appreciated how close everything was. If you're a light sleeper, this could be quite bothersome.

    Location is super. Rooms are clean.

    Staff not friendly at the reception.. Many technical defects in the hotel. Broken windows, faulty lights, clogged drains, water damage... There is no coffee served at breakfast, you have to get it yourself. The quality of the coffee is underground.

    The pool view is amazing

    Waking up in a fine suite, my family and I enjoyed the lavish breakfasts and had a wonderful time by the pool, soaking in its beautiful surroundings.

    Check-in took far too long, and the beach maintenance blocked access were great. Staff reception was unapproachable at times.

    The best thing about this hotel was its location in the city of Arrecife. This meant it was away from the tourist resorts but yet was still located next to an excellent beach.

    The rooms could have been kept a little cleaner (especially the windows).

    The view is great, I also like the evening entertainment and the relaxed, informal atmosphere. Atmosphere. Dealing with the guests. The breakfast is also very versatile. Everyone is very. Efforts to please the guest. One also sits very well during breakfast with a view to the sea or the city beach.

    The architecture of the hotel is outstanding with wonderful views from each room. The rooms are quite spacious as there is a living area and a sleeping room. The rooms are very comfortable.

    - the hotel does not look to be well managed. There are quite a lot of people working there but due to the poor organization they all look extremely busy and excausted but inefficient. - After thousand stays at several hotels all over the world it was the first time I was asked to prepay! Interesting enough all my credit card details were provided at the time of booking thus i do not understand this policy. Furthermore it is quite common to book services, restaurant bills etc into the rooom in which case it would mean double administration, one time for the room at the check-in and another time for the rest at the check-out..... - the hotel needs refurbishment. Especially the bar on the 17th floor with outstanding views needs urgently new furniture and design
